Registration

The conference and the symposium are separate but interrelated events. You can apply for registration for either or both of them online here, or through the link at the foot of this page. These links will send you to the University's secure encrypted Event Registration System, which will generate printable and email receipts.

Registration costs include attendance and morning and afternoon teas (where provided). All costs are in Australian dollars, and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). All registrations must be paid in full before 18 June 2007.

All delegates are responsible for their own visa and travel arrangements. Any queries about visas for travel to Australia will need to be directed to the relevant Australian Immigration office: see the Australian Immigration website.

Requests for cancellation of paid registration must be emailed to Ros Gresshoff, r.gresshoff@uq.edu.au. A full refund less a $50 administration fee will be given to registrants who cancel before 18 June 2007. No refunds will be given after 18 June 2007. Registrations may, however, be transferred to another person nominated by you. Cancellation policy applies to all registrations received, including those without payment. A 10% surcharge applies for all non-payment registrations received and not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
