Please read the following before
registering.
You can use Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard credit cards to
pay online via a secure server and receive a paid GST Tax
invoice as confirmation of payment. Alternately, you can
print the Tax Invoice and forward it with your cheque, bank
cheque, money order or credit card details by mail.
However, we encourage you to use the online registration as
this is the most secure method of payment. Overseas bank
cheques must be in AUD$ Australian Dollars, drawn on an
Australian Bank and free of all charges. Cheques, bank
cheques and money orders must be made payable to "The
University of Queensland".
Registration costs pay for conference attendance, morning
and afternoon teas and lunches. All costs include Goods and
Services Tax (GST). The conference costs can be viewed
by scrolling below. They are also listed fully on the
online registration form.

Conference Dinner - The
conference dinner will be held on Saturday 13 December at
Fenton's Cafe Restaurant, Ipswich. Cost is $35 (includes
$3.18 GST). Drinks are not included in this
cost.
Arrival Registration Desk
Upon arrival at The University of Queensland, Ipswich
Campus, please proceed to Building 19 (which will be
signposted) to collect your nametag and conference
kit.
Cancellation of Paid Registration
Cancellation of registration must be in writing to one of
the co-chairs, either by email (Helen Gilbert or Leigh
Dale) or post (same as address above). A full refund
less a $25 administration fee will be given to registrants
who cancel before 30 November 2003. No refunds will
be given after 30 November 2003, however substitutions are
negotiable.
